Mexico

We just returned from a 7-day vacation to Mexico. We stayed at a hotel called the Mayan Palace. The hotel was amazing and had the 2nd biggest swimming pool on the continent (at least that is what they said), it was huge. We visited Chichén Itzá, Xel-Ha, and spent a couple days in Playa Del Carmen. The rest of the time we just relaxed by the pool and destressed from everything that was happening back at home.

On the bus ride to Chichén Itzá we met two couples from Ohio that we became friends with. After that excursion we met up with them a few days later for some fun in Playa Del Carmen. While we were there having dinner we saw some guy totally feeling up his girlfriend while looking at some pictures in a store window - so we took a picture making fun of the scene ... that explains the weird picture below :)

Overall, we had a ton of fun and plan on going back in the future. Our favorite part was the day that we spent at Xel-Ha. Now it is back to the reality of snow, moving, homelessness, work, and house-hunting.
